Take the following steps to log in to East View at online.eastview.com:

1. Type http://online.eastview.com in your browser's address line and press Enter on your keyboard.
2. Enter your UserName and Password in the appropriate fields.
   NOTE: If you want to enable automatic login to EastView Online Services, click to add a checkmark in the Enable Automatic Login checkbox.
3. Click Submit.

If you are having problems logging in, take the following actions and try again:

• Verify that you are using a current and correct UserName and Password in the appropriate Login fields. For example, make sure that you are not putting the UserName in the Password field or the Password in the UserName field. Also, make sure that you are not confusing letters with numbers ( the number zero ( 0 ) with the letter 'O' and the number one ( 1 ) with the letter 'L' ).
• Enter the UserName and Password in lower case.
• Verify that you are using a supported browser.
• Exit all browser windows and close your browser, reconnect to the Internet and connect to the East View Online Services at http://online.eastview.com site again
• Clear your browser cache.
• Verify that cookies are enabled within your browser. See your browser's help file for more information about this setting.
